Shiatsu is like a Japanese form of PhysioTherapy using Acupuncture principles.

It is incredibly powerful massage therapy. Not only can it assist you to relieve physical discomfort, but it can also greatly help you to connect with your inner energy and discover new aspects of yourself.

Have you ever wondered what energy channels are and whether they could benefit you?

At a time when modern science is increasingly proving that we are all made of unstable particles that vibrate and produce energy incessantly, the existence of energy channels within the body does not seem as abstract as it appeared a few decades ago.

Shiatsu is a traditional form of Japanese Massage therapy that is often referred to as acupuncture without needles because its framework is based on Chinese medicine.  The principles of traditional Chinese medicine suggest that blockages in this life force can often contribute to a wide range of illnesses.

It uses stretching and gentle manipulative techniques to adjust the body’s physical structure, as well as stimulating specific points and energy channels. This is done by using the palms and fingers in a continuous rhythmic sequence, aiming to restore the flow of the body’s life force.
