She is very intuitive, and Every therapy is fantastic. I feel leaving revived and uplifted - a feeling that often lasts for days after the treatment! I can't recommend her enough! - Julie

WHAT IS REFLEXOLOGY?

Did you know that you have over seven thousand nerve endings in your feet, making it one of the most sensitive areas of the human body?

Reflexology is a non-intrusive complementary health therapy based on the theory that stimulating specific pressure points on the foot, hand, and face encourages nerve signals to travel to the brain. These then relay the signal to the corresponding body area, including the major organs, which helps stimulate the blood flow to that area, enhancing both the healing process and the removal of toxins.

WHY CHOOSE REFLEXOLOGY?

We don't believe Reflexology is a substitute for medical treatment at A to zen therapies. However, it can still offer some fantastic health benefits. It is a holistic treatment that can help alleviate various health conditions' symptoms. For instance, it can help improve blood flow and circulation, reducing pain and inflammation. In addition, many people choose Reflexology because it reduces stress and anxiety, improves digestion, boosts energy levels, and promotes better sleep.

Thanks to its unique ability to isolate and excite specific areas

of the body, Reflexology is often one of the best massage therapy

to ease and support Digestive and Reproductive issues

WHAT TO EXPECT

Before the reflexology session starts, we will take a detailed consultation to understand your health concerns and goals. Then we will ask you to lie or sit comfortably on our massage bed.

Then Our trained reflexologist will apply pressure to specific areas of their feet, hands, or ears, checking whether the pressure is okay with you. Sometimes we may use a slightly firmer pressure, but it should never be painful. So please tell your therapist if you experience discomfort at any point during the session.

We will stimulate the reflex points with techniques such as rubbing, kneading, or tapping. You may feel different sensations during the session, including tingling, warmth, or relaxation. A typical reflexology treatment can last 30 to 60 minutes, depending on your preference. We often suggest combining it with massage therapy for a full-body blissful session.

REFLEXOLOGY -  TESTIMONIALS

Monica puts you at ease. She's knowledgeable and there to help you, not just with Reflexology but other hints and tips. The treatment itself is very relaxing. - J

Monica surely knew her craft and was good at reading into my ailments. While she helped with some underlying issues, I didn't feel any improvement or enjoy the actual treatment as I have with other practitioners. - CJ
