ZEN HABITS: 7 WAYS TO THINK POSITIVE

Learn how to Master 7 Zen Habits you can easily incorporate in your day, a power boost for a positive attitude!



ZEN HABITS No.1 : AN EASY 21 DAYS ABUNDANCE EXERCISE CHALLENGE FOR POSITIVE THINKING


A friend of mine share this Abundance exercise, which ive been doing for few days and really enjoying. It’s just a little meditation and exercise each day to reflect on all the abundance in life and stay positive in this challenging time. 


I’ve created a youtube playlist for you to listen all the 21 daily 15 minutes guided meditations. Don’t rush into it and do one each day following the program.

It’s all about creating an abundance consciousness, changing your thinking to allow you to get more of what you really want in life, whether it’s love, money, health or opportunity, for 21 days.


ZEN HABITS No.2: THREE-BOX DECLUTTERING

If you’re trying to simplify your life, it’s best to start decluttering! Studies have shown that decluttering may help to:


  • Reduce Stress and Anxiety while Improving Your Sleep 

  • Boost Productivity and Creativity

  • Save money and Discover Lost Treasures

  • Organize your storage smartly and easier to clean

  • Think & stay positive :-)

HOW TO DO THREE-BOX DECLUTTERING:

  1. Prepare three separate boxes and label them: Trash, Donate, Maybe.

  2. Choose a room, drawer, shelf, desk … 

  3. Go through each shelf or drawer at once, and without overthinking use the three boxes to quickly sort everything. You can use the Maybe box for stuff you’re not too sure about — you can put this in storage for a few months and decide later. 

  4. Put back all the stuff that is left out.. which you love and use!.. In a nice and tidy way. 



ZEN HABITS No.3: ENERGISE YOUR BODY WITH THIS 10 MINUTE SUN SALUTATION FLOW!
