2. Then, for about three seconds, try to send the fluid directing the pressure toward the right clavicle (as in figure A) while keeping your pressure on the liver, in the same area, during the entire stroke for full benefit. Press it four to six times.



3. Then move your two flat hands on the right side above the diaphragm, and send the fluid down toward the cisterna chyli as in figure B



4. Repeat the step 1,2,3 for the left side of the liver. Place two hands on the left side and first allow the flow to go toward the right clavicle for about three seconds, then inferior toward the cisterna chyli as in figures C and D
